Ignite Your Chakras: 8 Week Intensive

In this 8 week Intensive, Mayume and Manjeet will take an even deeper look into each individual Chakra dedicating an hour to each one. These will include meditations, journaling, art therapy and intutive feeback and interpretation on what is going on with your body and it's beautiful energy centers. This Intensive is for those who really want to take a deeper look into their physical, emotiaonal and spiritual selves for immense healing.
