It's called: The Chakra INTENSIVE
Here's what you'll experience:
Meditation: Quieting your mind to allow your connection to your body to tell you what's going on. Intention setting, visualization and breath work will also be used.
Free Form Intuitive Art: Using markers, pens or crayons and with our eyes closed, we will intuitively draw each individual chakra, allowing the chakra to reveal itself.
Journaling: With specific inquiries, you will be able to take a look within and express what you are feeling and what emotions, sensations and beliefs came up for you.
Sound Healing: Using beautiful Crystal Sound Bowls, you will experience the frequencies and vibration of each chakra. This will allow your body to absorb it and respond accordingly.
Soothing Energy Exercise inviting Chi (Life force) to flow within your body using hand movements and touch to move the chi throughout your chakras.
Affirmations: Receive beautiful affirmations pertaining to each chakra to help bring them into balance and alignment.
Action Steps: Strategically set up an action plan that serves you and your highest good as you take steps into aligning your chakra system, your body, your life.
